How many porta potties do I need for a party?
A party of up to 50 guests for about 4 hours needs 1 standard porta potty. A party of 100 guests for 4 to 5 hours needs 2. Add 1 unit when alcohol is served, and add a hand-washing station when food is served.

When will the event porta potty arrive and leave?
Event porta potties arrive the day before your event, usually in a morning or afternoon window, so nothing shows up late or mid-party. Pickup is the next business day. A Saturday party unit typically arrives Friday and leaves Monday at no extra charge.
Need a specific window, such as before a 10 AM setup crew? Ask when you book. The driver texts about 30 minutes before arriving. For a weekday event, the unit can arrive the same morning when the route allows.
Where should a party porta potty go?
A party porta potty should sit on level ground, about 30 to 50 feet from the food and seating, and within about 15 feet of where the truck can park. A backyard spot needs a gate at least 48 inches wide. Face the door away from the main gathering area.
- Mark the spot with a cone, flag or chalk.
- Keep cars out of the driveway path on delivery day.
- Place the hand-washing station beside the unit, not at the food table.

Do public events need wheelchair-accessible units?
Public events that provide portable toilets should make at least 5% of the units in each cluster wheelchair-accessible, and no fewer than 1, under section 213.2 of the 2010 ADA Standards. Private home parties are not covered the same way, but 1 accessible unit helps older guests too.

Do park and town-common events need a permit?
Events in a city park or on a town common usually need a permit from the city or town parks office, and restroom counts are often part of that permit. Check with the parks or recreation department before booking, then share any required count or placement map with us.

Can I rent a porta potty for just one day?
Event pricing covers up to 7 days, so a one-day party costs the same as a weekend. The unit arrives the day before and leaves the next business day.
Can you deliver on the morning of my event instead of the day before?
Same-morning delivery is possible on weekdays when the route allows, but the day before is safer. A Saturday event should plan on a Friday delivery.
Should I get a pink or blue unit for a shower or graduation?
Unit color does not change how the unit works. Ask about color when you book, and it is noted on the order if available that week.
What if it rains on my event?
Porta potties work fine in rain. Keep the spot off low ground where water pools. Cancel free up to 24 hours before delivery if the event is called off.
Can I keep guests from walking through my house?
A unit in the side or back yard, with a clear sign or path light, keeps most guests outside. Add a hand-washing station so nobody needs the kitchen sink.
Do you provide toilet paper and sanitizer?
Each event unit arrives with toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Larger events or 2-day events can add a mid-event restock and pump.
