This site collects only the details you type into the quote form: ZIP code, phone number, dates, unit type, quantity and guest or crew size. Those details are used to quote and schedule your rental and are never sold.

What we collect
Quote form fields: delivery ZIP, phone, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, quantity and headcount. When you call, we note your name, address and placement details to schedule the job. Payment cards are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
How the form works
The quote form is delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Web3Forms passes the submission to our email and does not use it for marketing.
How we use it
To send your quote, schedule delivery and service, text arrival notices, and send invoices and receipts. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing texts.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies. Basic, anonymous traffic statistics may be collected to see which pages help visitors.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for up to 7 years for tax and accounting. Quote requests that never become a rental are deleted after 12 months.
