Delivery and timing
How soon can I get a porta potty?
Most Manchester-area orders arrive the same day when you call by early afternoon. Otherwise delivery is the next morning. Event units are usually set the day before the event.
Can I choose a delivery time?
You can choose a morning or afternoon window. Exact times are not promised because routes shift with traffic and weather, but the driver texts about 30 minutes before arriving.
Can the driver call before arriving?
The driver texts or calls about 30 minutes ahead, then sends a photo once the unit is placed.
Do you deliver to rural addresses with no street number?
Rural sites are fine. Send a map pin or a photo of the spot and mention any gravel roads, narrow bridges or low branches.
Can I get a porta potty delivered the night before an early event?
Units for early-morning events are delivered the day before, so they are ready at dawn.
What if nobody is on site when the truck arrives?
The driver can place the unit with nobody there if the spot is marked and the gate is open or the code is shared. If the truck cannot reach the spot, the driver calls before leaving.
Are you a local company or a call center?
Your call goes to the Manchester, NH office that runs the trucks. The person you talk to books the route.
How far do you deliver?
Deliveries reach towns within about 80 miles of Manchester, NH, including southern Maine, northern Massachusetts and southeastern Vermont.
Pricing and billing
What is the cheapest porta potty you rent?
The standard porta potty is the lowest-priced unit, starting at $249 for an event or $249 per 28-day jobsite cycle.
Why is the event price the same for 1 day or 7 days?
Most of the cost is the delivery, the pickup and the cleaning between rentals. The unit time itself costs little, so 1 to 7 days is one flat price.
Will the final invoice match the quote?
The invoice matches the itemized quote unless you change the order, such as adding a unit or a service visit.
Do you add a fuel surcharge or card fee?
Quotes carry no fuel surcharge, card fee or removal fee. Every line is on the quote.
Do I pay more if the unit is dropped off early?
An event unit dropped off a day or two early costs nothing extra; the flat price covers up to 7 days.
If I return a jobsite unit early, is part of the cycle refunded?
The 28-day cycle in which pickup happens is billed in full. Call for pickup near the end of a cycle to get the most from it.
Is a second-month rental cheaper?
Every 28-day cycle costs the same base rate, and there is no new delivery fee because the unit is already on site.
Is pricing different for homeowners and businesses?
The unit prices are the same. Businesses can set up an invoiced account; homeowners pay by card.
Do tax-exempt groups pay sales tax?
New Hampshire has no sales tax. For MA, ME or VT deliveries, send a tax-exempt certificate and the tax line is removed.
Do you offer discounts for several units?
Several units on one order share a single trip charge. Ask about multi-site jobsite accounts on the phone.
Units and equipment
What comes inside a standard porta potty?
A standard unit has a toilet seat, a urinal, a double toilet paper holder, hand sanitizer, a coat hook and a roof vent.
What is the difference between deluxe and standard?
A deluxe unit adds a fresh-water flush, a foot-pump sink, soap, paper towels and a mirror. A standard unit has sanitizer and no sink.
How does a sink work without a water hookup?
The sink pulls from a fresh-water tank inside the unit using a foot pump. Used water drains to a separate tank.
Do you have units with more room to change clothes?
The wheelchair-accessible unit has the most room inside, about 7 feet square, and works well as a changing room at pool or beach events.
Do you rent restroom trailers?
Restroom trailers come in 2-stall and larger sizes with flushing toilets, sinks, lights and climate control. They need power and a garden hose.
Can I add a lock to my unit?
A combination lock kit can be added at no charge to keep the public out of a jobsite or private unit.
What color are the units?
Most units are blue or grey. Pink or other colors may be available for events; ask when booking.
Are event units different from construction units?
Event orders get event-grade units with clean exteriors and full stock. Construction units stay on construction jobs.
Cleaning and service
What happens during a service visit?
The tank is pumped, the inside is cleaned and sanitized, fresh deodorizer goes in, and toilet paper and sanitizer are restocked.
Can I get service twice a week?
Twice-weekly service is available for big crews, hot weeks or high-traffic sites. It shows as a line on your quote.
Can I request an extra cleaning before an inspection or event?
An extra service visit can be scheduled any business day. It is $85 per unit visit.
Do event units get cleaned during the event?
Event units arrive clean and stocked. For 2-day events or big crowds, add a mid-event service.
How do you keep units from freezing in winter?
Below freezing, tanks get an antifreeze-treated solution. Hand-washing stations hold fresh water and can freeze, so they are planned around the weather.
Can service be paused when a jobsite shuts down for snow?
Service can be adjusted when a site is closed. Call before the next service day.
Placement and access
How wide does my gate need to be?
A standard or deluxe unit needs at least a 48-inch-wide opening. Accessible units and trailers need a driveway or open lawn access.
Can the truck drive on my lawn?
The truck stays on pavement or firm gravel. Units are rolled the last 15 feet or so on a hand truck.
Can I send a photo of where it should go?
Text a photo or map pin of the spot. It goes into the driver's notes.
Should I mark the spot?
A cone, flag, bucket or spray-paint X helps the driver place the unit exactly where you want it.
Does the unit need to be near power or water?
Porta potties and hand-washing stations need no hookup. Only restroom trailers need power and a hose.
Can it go on a concrete slab against the building?
A slab is a good spot. Leave a few inches of space behind the unit and keep the door clear.
Events and weddings
How many units for a 4-hour backyard graduation party?
Up to 62 guests for 4 hours need 1 unit; 63 to 125 need 2. Add a hand-washing station if food is served.
Do I need a hand-washing station for a party with food?
A hand-washing station keeps guests out of the kitchen and is strongly recommended whenever food is served.
When is the event unit picked up?
Event units are picked up the next business day after the event, usually Monday for weekend events.
Can units be set at a park or town common?
Units can be set at a park when the town allows it. Check the park permit for placement and count.
Do weddings need a restroom trailer?
Weddings over about 100 guests at venues without restrooms do well with a trailer. Smaller weddings can use deluxe flushing units.
Jobsites and long-term rentals
How many units does my crew need?
Use OSHA Table D-1: 1 unit for 20 or fewer workers, then 1 unit per 40 workers, and 1 per 50 at 200 or more.
Can I keep a unit for a year?
Long rentals are common. A year is 13 cycles of 28 days with weekly service.
Can units serve several jobsites on one account?
Several sites can share one account and one invoice per cycle, with each site listed.
Can I get a trailer-mounted unit for moving crews?
Trailer-mounted units can be arranged for road, utility and landscaping crews that move between sites.
Who calls for pickup on a jobsite?
The site lead or account holder calls or texts at least 1 business day before the unit should leave.

How do I cancel an order?
Call or text before 24 hours ahead of delivery to cancel free. Have the delivery address handy if you do not have the order number.
Can I add units or switch to an accessible unit later?

Do I need to sign anything?
A short rental agreement is sent by text or email. You sign on your phone with one tap.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and ACH. Approved business accounts can pay by check on invoice.
Can someone else pay with their card?
Another person can pay by card if they approve the charge through the payment link.
